Blancpain celebrates culinary art. Hosted by the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business School (Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne) on October 2nd, the Michelin Guide Ceremony Switzerland was a true celebration of Swiss talent. Blancpain is pleased to present the Young Chef Award award to brothers Fabio Toffolon and Dominik Sato, in recognition for their work as co-chefs at The Japanese, by The Chedi Andermatt. As the watchmaker of Fine Gastronomy for more than 35 years, Blancpain extends its warmest congratulations to all chefs and their teams.
