Chef Martin Berasategui - Blancpain Art de Vivre

Last year marked the joyous celebration of the 30th anniversary of our esteemed friend of the brand, Chef Martin Berasategui's inaugural restaurant. Three decades, thirteen restaurants, and an impressive twelve Michelin stars later, he remains as humble as ever. As the restaurant commemorates its 30th anniversary, it coincided with the prestigious 70th anniversary of the iconic Fifty Fathoms timepiece, marking a dual celebration of enduring excellence and timeless craftsmanship. Grateful for the support he has received throughout his illustrious career, Chef Berasategui is dedicated to the transmission of knowledge to the next generation.
