The Michelin Star Revelation is back in Switzerland after a two year absence. Hosted by the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business School (Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne) on October 17th, the Michelin Star Revelation Switzerland was a true celebration of culinary art. Blancpain is pleased to present the Michelin Young Chef award, delivered by Mr. Andrea Caputo, Vice President and Head of Marketing, to Manuel Steigmeier, the 27-year old promising chef who brought a Michelin Star to the restaurant Fahr in Künten-Sulz this year.
